[vcf-midatlantic] Apple II GS Vulcan IDE Drive Replacement

I have a II GS I had picked up which has a Vulcan controller and hard
drive. The hard drive either needs to be reformatted or replaced. (I
don't have a floppy drive for my IIGS to re-install the OS), although I
just ordered a Floppy Drive Emulator from Big Mess 'O Wires, it actually
looks like a very promising solution for my Mac's and Apple II's. But back
to my question,

Is there a modern replacement for the hard drive for the one that connects
to the Vulcan card (CF->IDE or SD->IDE) that is known to work with this?

Thanks,

Joe

Normal Person: Hey, it seems that you know a lot.
Geek: To be honest, it's due to all the surfing I do.
Normal Person: So you go surfing?
Normal Person: But I don't think that has anything to do with knowing a
lot...
Geek: I think that's wrong on a fundamental level.
Normal Person: Huh? Huh? What?
