  DataIO UniSite, hands down.  Get one with an MSM (hard drive) and all
pin driver boards and it'll program most anything.  And it doesn't
require any proprietary backwater operating systems to drive it.

  If you send me the part number of the CPLD you're working with, I can
check the supported device list for the firmware release that I have.
(and you're always welcome to use mine, of course)
