[vcf-midatlantic] Update - blank msgs, etc.

Everyone,

My sense is the blank message problem started when I enabled the option 
to strip HTML, etc. (even though my early test disproved it partially).

As another test, I un-did the "strip HTML" option just now.

Let's see if that makes the blank messages problem go away.

If so, then anyone whose mail clients can't handle HTML format will have 
to make changes on their ends (sorry)....
