No just the machine, but I will be grabbing a SAN device to attach SCSI 
via FCP to boot at-least linux for the time being, you need ESCON or 
FICON storage to boot any IBM OS' as far as I know.

Spec sheet reads 4.2kW for max load with I/O cage fully loaded.
It puts out 14kBTU per hour at that power draw :)
