[vcf-midatlantic] Another Pest Toast - it isn't blank

Per request, more pest toasting, for troubleshooting.  This is how I would
naturally post, without resorting to an alternate web client, or specifying
text only vs. HTML when I post.  I can do any of the latter as required, but
this is the first test, to see if I need to.

 

There is also an attached image file, a 930KB jpg.  The first one of you who
identifies it wins a prize.  If any of you see it, the new board win a
prize.
