Yes - this is "my" tape drive - beside the capstan something else
must be broken too - I got it as "I replaced it in the 80s since it
was broken" like it is shown in the first picture - so - already
dismantled.

Sad that the dimensions are critical then. I measured them as
good as I could with a digital caliper gauge 7 years ago before I
removed the goo:

(sorry for metric dimensions ;))
Outer diameter of the capstan:
     10.25mm

Outer diameter of the brazen part (= inner diameter of the capstan):
     6.4mm
