[vcf-midatlantic] TI-99/4a to good home in Red Bank NJ

Yeah I lived in Red Bank for 9 years as a child and lived right across from
the Monmouth County Arts Center, which was renamed the Count Basie Theater.
So I am quite familiar with the history of Red Bank.
