Should be cmd-option-O-F to enter Open Firmware; at the prompt, enter "bye" to do a normal ROM boot ("boot cdrom" will work on newer Open Firmwares as well).  From there, if you have a bootable OS X CD/DVD in the drive (assuming you have a working drive, which is not guaranteed), you should be able to force boot that by holding "c".

You should also be able to hold down Option during boot to bring up a boot menu, though that was always a bit temperamental.
