[vcf-midatlantic] PiDP8

PiDP8 update - apparently blew out my N2981A chip, over heats and the front
panel does not respond correctly.  Ordered replacement.  I *think* it's
because the vertical wood block was too close to the chip.  It must have
creeped closer when I tightened the screw M7.

oh well.  one step back.
