I use these frequently
Various clip leads, heat shrink and heat gun, wire selection.
Does the desoldering station have a good tip and do you have spares? Mine
has tips with different size holes for size of lead desoldering.

For a small station rest is probably just nice to have. Other tools I use
Lab power supply, logic analyzer, ESR meter, transistor tester.
For hand tools good cutters, strippers, needle-nose pliers, and standard
tools for disassembly.
