Are the none smoked plexiglass parts not make of aluminum?  Somebody with a
CNC router or, perhaps, a 3D printer could produce those parts to integrate
with the plexiglass formed piece.  A little painting detail could make the
CNC routed or 3D printed parts look close to the authentic real deal.
