[vcf-midatlantic] Site is back!!! (mostly)

I can't say "thank you" enough to Bill Dudley. Dilbert once again saved 
the pointy-haired boss from the boss' own stupidity. :)

There are two or three small fixes needed in the WordPress stuff (our 
logo, a menu item here and there), but the important thing is our actual 
content is alive and back online.

The primary URL until yesterday was vintagecomputerfederation.org. That 
is way too long. The new primary URL, as of right now, is vcfed.org. 
Vintagecomputerederation.org (and .com) forward to the short one. I 
still have to make vcfed.com forward to the .org too, but there's some 
glitch where it is not appearing inthe cpanel drop-down box for 
redirects. We'll get it sorted out.
