[vcf-midatlantic] Museum move report

I always forget some detail... tonight I forget two details.

1. The new shelf liners are white-ish, which was a very pleasant 
surprise because the warehouse liners are ugly brown. The new ones look 
much nicer as subtle backgrounds (errr, "under-grounds"?) for 
microcomputers.

2. Each set of wheels has two that lock and two that don't. Jeff J. had 
the idea of making sure we always put both locking ones in front, 
otherwise we wouldn't be able to move the units at all. :)
