Per-board from the fab? Around $20 each. Including the initial purchase of an original OSI 495 and the scanning to Gerber files, more like $100 each, which is about what the original cost me. Of course, having more boards manufactured will reduce the per-board cost, as the development effort is a fixed cost.

I need to find some way of determining interest in these boards, I don't want to make a larger run if no one actually wants to buy any! Perhaps I'll list a few on eBay, explaining that they're a trial run.
