In addition to the other options listed (all great ones and all that I have used and still use myself) I'd throw in another option. One of the best for under $100

I own two of them. Nothing could be easier or faster. Copy .dsk images from Internet (pick your site) to an sd card from your modern PC/Mac. Put sd card into the disk II emulator (which connects to your apple II via the same disk ][ controller card the disk ][ floppy drives connect to) and turn on machine. Done! I connect it to the drive one connector and a real floppy drive to drive two and turn disk images into real floppies instantly.
Highly recommended.
