Larger universitites tend to have big surplus sales operations.  The Princeton 
University Surplus store usually has a ton of stuff.  With any surplus 
operation, you need to be on top of it as the stock comes and goes quickly, 
the deals can't be beat though.   Many also have special days/priorites for 
non-profits.
