[vcf-midatlantic] FS: Official MITS Altair S100 Extender

Going through more S100 stuff:

This one is like every other S100 extender, except made by MITS. It's one of the shorter ones, so you can leave it in and still put the top on the case. The connector is still very tight, from the edge connector it looks like this board was used very little (huh? no constant debugging with MITS stuff?!)
