[vcf-midatlantic] Prometheus Promodem 1200 commands

    Yes, I had found that one.  Useful, but doesn't detail the settings.

    I had a Promodem back in the day, but don't recall if it was 1200 or 
2400.  What I DO remember is that it had a heat problem and had to be run 
with the top of the case removed.
