I would get one of the rubber roller repro guys
(http://www.terrysrubberrollers.com/ or similar) and either refurbish
all the old ones in one go (I'm guessing you need to send the original
metal core part?) or get enough reproduction rubber rollers made to
repair all the units in the warehouse and museum, plus at least one
extra spare.
