That's a pretty standard SLA battery. I got mine on eBay. I don't remember from whom but I probably shopped by top-rated seller and closest to NY. No issues since replacement two years ago.
I have a small 2000w Generac generator that I use during longer power failures for "infrastructure" stuff like the FiOS box, routers, and charging my electronics. Sandy lesson unfortunately. I also have a massive 12kw portable one that I have not used (thankfully) that can power half of my house if I need.
