[vcf-midatlantic] OT: Will be in Philly, anything I should check out

Be aware that there has been friction between Uber drivers and licensed taxi/limo drivers in Philly.  The cabbies complain that they have to pay more to the city to operate, and Uber undercuts what they have to charge.  They may be demonstrations during convention week against Uber drivers.
