[vcf-midatlantic] OT: FIOS Voice Backup Battery Replacement for 12V 7.2Ah

Mine started beeping but didn't really fail. Poor recharging system. Unplug
your FIOs box and then disconnect the battery for 2 minutes. Then hook it
back up.
