[vcf-midatlantic] Macintosh Floppy drive repair guide

I believe Tony Diaz gave a presentation at Kfest some odd years ago about repairing those Apple drives, and the video is on the Internet somewhere but I'm not sure where.
I'll ask Tony if he remembers where it's posted.
