TL/DR: New theory is peroxide in retr0brite just eats/degrades the 
outside layer of ABS (including the broken-down, discolored layer, 
making it appear lighter again), doesn't actually 'fix' anything, and 
the brown color has to do with the way ABS decays, has little or nothing 
to do with brominated fire retardants.
