Cool, they arrived one day early. Here is a picture: 
http://snarc.net/adps_four_vols.jpg .... they're only maybe 25 pages 
each, but they're still very insightful for their time.

Book 1 is dated January 15, 1960. Books 2 and 4 are dated October 15, 
1960. Oddly, book 3 is dated February 15, 1960.

How can book 3 publish eight months before book 2? Only in the federal 
government, that's how!
