The high bid was retracted.  Which is weird since the high bid should only be just over the previous one based upon eBay rules as I understand them.   I think someone, I know it's not VCF since I'm on the board and we aren't doing this, is playing games. I also thought the seller had to approve bid retraction, we didn't get an option.
