[vcf-midatlantic] Recapping a Mac Plus

Maybe we (as a group) should make a count of how many people have a
128/512/plus, that has never been recapped. It would likely save us money
being able to buy the caps in larger quantities. If nothing else, it would
save on all of the individual shipping costs for each person who has one
needed to be done. And depending upon the cost of the caps, maybe have the
group buy extra sets, bag them, and offer the "re-cap set" for sale online.

If someone has a board layout showing which caps go where (like an
instruction guide) include copies of that with the set.
