[vcf-midatlantic] More Heath manuals

I was able to obtain a Heathkit H11-2 parallel module and manual, and the H11 system manual. Each contains the diagram booklets, which is pretty key.

Both are pretty rare from what I can tell. I’ll start scanning them and will post them to my site this weekend.
