  I have to agree here.  I know many such people around here.  I used to
laugh at them because they ask me where the 486s and Pentiums are in my
vintage computer museum, but then I began to understand that they just
have a very different frame of reference.  They always "get it" when I
explain the difference in focus.

  There is PC history, but almost no PC personality.  That's where I'd
draw the line.  YMMV.
