[vcf-midatlantic] Semi OT: TI Silent 700 Cable

Corey, Bill: Thank you! You guys rock. I will try the PCC route first and
then I'll hit you up, Corey, if that doesnt pan out. I probably would need
it sooner to make sure I can get communications going between the 745 and
my linux box via usb-serial.

The reason i stated Semi OT is because it was a request for assistance
rather than a contribution of knowledge.
