[vcf-midatlantic] museum opening

Thought - might not be good to have a formal workshop, but it does make
sense that our club show up in force to help out, show our colors
regardless of what we do, and if that means some make on the spot repairs
in response to a specific issue that comes up, it's good that we come
prepared just in case.
