I'd rather see them in person. YouTube is when you can't see the real thing, and we have an opportunity to (possibly) see the real thing.....again for some people.
I bring new people every year as I'm sure most do when possible. I had no idea MARCH/VCF (I know...) even existed before 2014. Those I have brought to or told about it also had no idea of our existence (and many of infoages existence) until I told them. I know it may seem old news to you but for the rest of us it'd be brand new!
I agree that anyone that hasn't spoken in 5 years or more should be eligible to speak again. I like the idea of multiple speakers too.
