[vcf-midatlantic] OT: free Cisco managed router/switches

I know I have (or maybe had, as not sure WHAT hard drive it would be on)
the IOS Firmware for quite a few of Cisco's routers/switches from when I
had taken my CCNA classes. But it was back in like 2010 that I took the
classes.
