​The problem here is the survey website doesn't require a logon​
Most companies use this method be default, for any documentation purposes
Which would prevent our shenanigans, thus only 1 vote per logon
This is why the polling surveys on Yahoo or FB actually do work, because of
that safeguard.
Anytime you have large expenditures involved, you like to use that safer
method
Now if your logon was stolen, tough doodies
