[vcf-midatlantic] Last call for those coming to workshop 9/17 & 9/18

I've got two Mac IIsi machines and a IIvx all of which need new caps, 
but I don't know offhand how many of what type i need for those.
Its all surfacemount, too. (I wasn't planning to bring them to the 
workshop, but if someone has caps and a hot air station...)
