[vcf-midatlantic] PC needed for VCFed BBS

Joe,
I've got an NE2000 clone that I can supply with the machine.
The motherboard has a 100baseT NIC built-in, but I doubt there's a DOS
driver for that.
If the NE2000 clone is sufficient, then we don't have to ask anyone else
for a NIC.
