[vcf-midatlantic] <---is this necessary?

   This is configurable in Mailman.

   Please, please, PLEASE don't get rid of it.

   And before anyone suggests sorting incoming email using the proper 
list headers instead, that's not why it's there, and it's not why I 
(personally) want it to remain.
