Did you check bitsavers.org, or "OK Google"?

has six manuals. It does not have the diskettes. But a simple Web search 
finds a site with some software:

Various people in this 'list and probably on other lists, likely have 
6300 systems and diskettes. Since I was searching anyway, a more 
aggressive search found this often-useful site:
