I certainly could combine the navigation/forklift routines. But just as 
you and Jeff "reminded" me that writing the whole program 
straight-through without any routines at all would work but would be 
inelegant, I'm again reminding you that this is "you know, for kids!" 
... keeping the navigation and forklift control in separate routines 
makes it more educationy. :)
