Without the specs, I can't be sure. However it appears to be fed by and in turn feeds TTL stuff.

Is the 5380 TTL ? RTL? DTL?  Is the pinout same as one in those families?
(Pinouts can be "fixed" by putting the replacement chip on a dip header and re-wiring it, too).

I have a stock of DTL, and some old ECL, too, as well as the usual TTL and LSTTL.
