[vcf-midatlantic] DEC 5380 chip

so compare the pinout to a 7402.

Put a scope (or voltmeter) on it and :

1. see if power supply is 5v
2. what is voltage of "low"
3. ahat is voltage of "high"

and compare to TTL spec.

Like I said, pinout can be jiggered using wire and a soldering iron.
