[vcf-midatlantic] Help IDing card

While the specific device isn't listed on the following page, there
are a bunch with similar part numbers.  With a few minutes of reading
I bet you can reverse engineer the format of the part number to
identify it's feature set (in particular whether it's MFM or RLL)
