[vcf-midatlantic] Monitor repair class test subjects

I have an apple color Monitor 100 that doesn't power on. You're welcome to try that one.
If there is something in particular you think would be a good example/challenge let me know. I've got a number of non-working monitors that I've tested and labeled the symptoms. Let me know if there's something you're looking for, perhaps I have it.
The monitor 100 weighs a ton but if you want I can bring it (and a computer and the rgb card to drive it if needed)
