[vcf-midatlantic] Monitor repair class test subjects

Awesome.  You know how hard it is to find date code correct capacitor smoke?  I assume you were careful where you stored it.  Worst thing is to find the perfect smoke, but it was stored wrong and now isn't salvageable.
