From the looks of it I doubt it's been rebuilt. Cards look nice and shiny:

Normally I'd love to try and screw around with a cheap computer like,
say, an Apple iie. I'm not going to try anything on this one for fear of

Depending on agreed upon price, a video card could be included:

I doubt it. The inside logic boards look super clean so unless they were
done by someone really really good I don't think so. And I don't know
how to read date stamps on caps. No leaks or other messes inside.
