[vcf-midatlantic] jade z80 cpu card

I've had two or three of their Big Z Z80 CPU boards pass through my shop,
they're fine boards, pretty reliable, onboard console UART, boot ROM, etc.
I'd say it's worth having. I believe it also provides Phi1 (phase 1) clock
which is not always available with Z80 boards -- helps with compatibility
with older boards designed for 8080 systems.
