I can reach the iinet.net.au site, from Comcast home services. 
Apparently it's a problem with user Web pages. The link above is to "Web 
hosting help".

In any event, this is some problem between USA Comcast and this offshore 
hosting/email service and their private Web pages. Hard to know how hard 
this Australian company will work, to help one of their home customers 
get through a USA service provider.
