[vcf-midatlantic] Compaq Portable III diag/setup disk

For anyone going to the workshop this weekend: I may need a
diagnostics/setup disk for the Compaq Portable III. Can someone find that
image and bring it on 5.25 floppy?

Also, TIL: Portable III and Portable 386 are different machines. Got myself
confused by the naming. The one I need to get working this weekend is the
III because it has the "backpack" for add-on cards.
