[vcf-midatlantic] Compaq Portable III diag/setup disk

Yes, 1.2mb floppy. Had you asked earlier this would have been no
problem for me to bring, but I won't have a chance to get it before
this weekend.

The settings won't stay anyway, because the battery is flat in the
NVRAM module that keeps them. Fixing this isn't that big a deal, but,
again, I'm not going to have access to my stock of parts between now
and the time I'm there this weekend. I might be able to cobble
something together with parts that we have there, however. Also, the
Portable III the museum had that I tested most recently had a hosed up
screen.
