[vcf-midatlantic] Leftover VCF event shirts

The orange shirts don't have any L, or XL. There is S, M, 2XL, 3XL, 4XL,
5XL, but I can't guarantee quantities.

The gray shirts don't have any S, M, L, There are plenty of XL, 2XL, 3XL.
4XL and 5XL were shipped separately, but are available.
